Life in the Capitol

The Capitol- A young woman Effie Trinket talks about life in the Capitol, and how the other districts compare to the Capitol in an interview last night.
Effie says, “the Capitol is more wealthy and luxurious then the other districts”, and also adds on that the Capitol has other various things that the other districts don’t have. The Capitol can get food from a push of a button, while some of the other districts have to hunt for their food. Also, “the Capitol has lots of money and great clothing” says Effie, which the other districts don’t have.
The reporter asked Effie what she thought about District 12, and Effie said, “District 12 is one of the poorest districts, so I try and look my best, by giving food to all the poor families”.
